According to our customer requirements, we provide the following services:

Technical

We provide the link between growers/exporters to final customers ensuring the technical compliance.

  • Specifications. Development or adapt specifications to make them workable on the ground and complying to the end-product specifications.
  • Quality assurance. Full knowledge in due diligence and food safety requirements to comply with our customer requirements.
  • Quality control. Our team is constantly visiting the production sites helping each grower/packhouse to comply with our customer requirements.
    • Agroservicios App. In order to bring a fast comprehensive report, we have developed an App to make all our quality control reports online, and available as soon as these are made (Available for Android and IOS).
    • Agroservicios Dashboard. All information collected by the app is organized according to our customer customized requirements in order to show in real-time complete trends and figures to understand and analyze how the fruit processes are performing.

Audits. According to our customer requirements, we provide assistance with the following services.

  • Second-party audits. Specific customers requirements standards that need to be in compliance.
  • Waitrose Farm Assessment (WFA). Approved assessors to carry out the WFA for Waitrose (UK retail).
  • Select Farm Produce (Ex F2F – M&S). Approved auditors to carry out the select farm produce audit for M&S (UK Retail).
  • BRC. Our team has passed the BRC v.7 for 3rd party auditors in order to understand what is required for UK retailers and customers.
  • HACCP. Fully trained on HACCP 16 hrs course.
  • SEDEX (Supplier ethical data exchange). Full understanding of SEDEX in order to assist growers and exporters.
  • SMETA (SEDEX members ethical trade audit). Trained on SMETA audit protocol.
